Go North West is proud to be recognised in a new report by Oxford Economics for the significant economic impact and social value it delivers across the UK.
The report highlights that Go North West contributed £160 million to the UK economy in 2025, supporting 2,750 jobs across Greater Manchester through its operations, investment and supply chain activity.
It also recognises Go North West’s rapid growth through regional bus franchising, including expansion into the Liverpool City Region, where services are due to commence in October 2026.
The report additionally showcases the wider contribution of Go-Ahead’s bus and rail operators across the UK.
