Lancashire Outdoor Activities Initiative, ‘Be The Change Project’
The grant funded 32 children the Bolton-based “Be the Change” youth project the opportunity to participate in a fully-funded activity day at the Anderton Centre. The day will include a range of outdoor and adventure-based activities such as kayaking, climbing, and team-building challenges, all led by experienced instructors.
The Together Centre
The grant funded personal hygiene/cleaning items to be added to their Food Pantry as an extra item to prevent individuals/families in Tameside having to choose between food or cleanliness. Items that will be purchased includes washing up liquid, sanitary products, toilet roll, deodorants etc.
More Than Words
The grant went towards purchasing some equipment and bespoke resources for their brand-new Sensory Suite.
